Nokia announced today that its 7510 clamshell is ready to be launched by T-Mobile USA, albeit without the Supernova naming.
Rumors about the arrival of Nokia 7510 in the US have been around since December, and now it's all confirmed: the handset will be available in T-Mobile's stores starting this month.
Like its European Supernova edition, the clamshell runs on Nokia's S40 platform. Its highlights are the hidden external display and the Xpress-On covers (which come in colors like Fatal Red, Emerald Green and Espresso Brown).
Other features and specs include:
- 2.2 inch TFT internal display with 16 million colors and 240 x 320 pixels
- Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz)
- UMA connectivity
- Support for POP3 and IMAP4 email accounts
- Music player
- FM radio with RDS
- 2MP camera with LED flash and Nokia Image Perfection System (NIPS)
- MicroSD card support, up to 8GB
- 3.64 x 1.83 x 0.66 inches

No pricing details yet, but you should expect the Nokia 7510 to be offered by T-Mobile for less than $100 with a contract agreement.
