Verizon has now announced its own version of HTC’s latest WinMo Standard handset as the HTC “Ozone.”. As expected, the full QWERTY candybar will run you $49.99 on contract after rebates.
HTC “Ozone” uses CDMA and EVDO Rev A for calls and 3G, it has quad-band GSM and EDGE support for calls and 2G data in most parts of the world. The so-called Ozone features a 2-megapixel camera, VZ Navigator and visual voicemail support a microSDHC slot that holds up to 16GB, and a beefy 1500mAh battery. Orders start online on June 29th, but retail shoppers will have to wait until July 13th. It’s available in Black
