Finally, after having been released in other countries except the U.S., Nokia is bringing the E71x slim smarthphone exclusively to AT&T subscribers. Draped in black steel colored design, the E71x is sure to make it big in the U.S. mobile phone market with its multimedia and messaging capabilities, high-resolution screen and full QWERTY keyboard. Add some social networking applications and a facility for reading corporate or personal emails, and you have a full featured smartphone ready to compete with its market rivals.
The Nokia E71x features high-speed 3G connectivity, WiFi and built-in music player. For your photo taking tasks, the E71x has a decent 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus. What’s more, you can immediately upload photos you’ve taken to your social networking profiles which are supported by the phone.

The Nokia E71x runs on S60 platform which allows for some personalization interface and access to third-party application downloads, themes and profile settings. In addition, the mobile phone also supports AT&T’s various services including AT&T Navigator for GPS. The E71x also feature QuickOffice applications suite for your mobile computing needs.

Expected to be out in all AT&T stores in the coming weeks, the Nokia E71x will have a price tag of $99.99 plus the usual AT&T service contracts. For that price you’ll get the following specs such as 120MB with microSD expandable memory up to 8GB, 2.4-inch display, GPS and aGPS ready, Bluetooth 2.0, Infrared, 4.5 hours talk time, and 12 days standby time.
