The Samsung Eltz S7220 has now officially been renamed and launched as the Lucido.
Meaning ’sleek’ in Italian, we definitely have no qualms about its name and how it relates to its design. Feature-wise, the rumored 2.2-inch AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera, and A-GPS are all there. In addition to that, we also now know that it will feature anti-blur, face detection, and smile capture as part of its imaging arsenal and 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity as well as microSD card support. We’re not sure if this baby will also come with Samsung’s new TouchWIZ UI, but unless there’s confirmation that it is indeed part of the package, we’ll assume that it’s not.
The pricing, however, wasn’t reveled, but it is expected to become available sometime in April.
