Nokia fanboys in the region can finally rejoice as the Nokia N85 and N79 has finally made it to North American. Both handsets are now available online through Nokia's website and is also retailing in Nokia flagship stores in Chicago and New York.
The dual-slider 5-megapixel packing N85 is selling for $539 with an 8GB memory card included. It might seem like a hefty sum to pay, but just one look at its brilliant QVGA OLED display makes it seem worth every penny. On the other hand, the more humble N79 is retailing for $439 and comes with 3 additional Xpress-on smart covers, and a 4GB memory card.
Of course, you could always wait for the QWERTY-equipped touchscreen-enabled N97, but that won't be available until sometime next year. Besides, these are pretty sweet mobile phones that will surely make for a fine gift this Christmas.
